Appreciated our reasonably large rooms in this hotel.
The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying an extra comfy area, really close to River Run or Mountain House and the retail shops in the base of the building. The staff members were all best and helpful. The room we had included a lounge area and WiFi. The food was fresh, had a wide array of options.

During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Gateway Mountain Lodge By Keystone Resort, a hotel chosen by my director. One of the highlights of my stay was the range of amenities available. I thoroughly enjoyed the recreational amenities, particularly the inviting indoor pool. The hot tub and fitness centre at Gateway Mountain Lodge were also fantastic additions to my stay, providing a relaxing and convenient way to unwind after a long day of meetings and work. I appreciated the variety of recreational opportunities offered by the property, making my stay all the more enjoyable and ensuring there was always something to do.
We did not understand that check-in was at a completely different location.

Upgrades galore at Gateway Mountain Lodge By Keystone Resort! The new siding and metal railings on the decks enhance the breathtaking mountain views. The renovated pool and hot tub are a relaxing treat. No more stuffy hallways or pool smells in the lobby. The furnished 4-BR unit from Keystone exceeded expectations with modern amenities and stunning views. Cooler than Denver for a refreshing stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Impressive Floor-to-Ceiling Stone Fireplace: It felt like stepping into a cozy cabin, and that fireplace was the heart of it all. It gave the lodge a warm and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Check-in Process: Frustratingly, the check-in process was not at the lodge itself. Instead, it was located a mile away at the Keystone Condo Check-in building.

I can't even begin to express how mind-blowing our stay was at this incredible lodge! The convenience of the on-site "store" was super, offering food, liquor, and reasonable prices. The proximity to the "pond" for the hockey tournament was jaw-dropping, and we loved the amazing pool facilities. Our updated yet homey room was just perfect, with jaw-dropping toiletries, outstanding cleanliness, and a fully stocked kitchenette. Even the pull-out sofa was surprisingly comfy! The location was beyond convenient for skiing and exploring, with a short walk to River Run. The free parking, lift, laundry, ski storage, fitness center, jacuzzi. Plus, the fact that no pets were allowed and the rooms were non-smoking made it even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed in a clean, well-appointed room with easy access to shuttle and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary gadgets. Views from the room were fantastic.
Elevator was out of service for over 6 weeks, making it a hassle to lug gear and luggage up and down the stairs. Some appliances were worn and the bedding was below average.

The location of this lodge was beyond convenient for skiing and exploring! We were just a short walk away from River Run - amazing! The "store" in the building was a game-changer, with reasonable prices for both food and liquor. We loved being close to the "pond" for the 9280 hockey tournament, and the pool facilities were top-notch. Our room was updated yet still had a cozy feel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the awesome toiletries and cleanliness. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and even the pull-out sofa was ridiculously comfy. Can't forget the free parking, lift, laundry, ski storage, fitness centre. It was such a great stay, especially since we didn't have to worry about pets or smoking in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and amenities. The shuttle service to the mountain is convenient and runs regularly. The underground parking is a great feature, especially with elevator access to the rooms. The lobby/common area is inviting and cozy, with comfortable leather couches and a relaxing fireplace.
The cleanliness of the pool and spa area could be improved, with some housekeeping issues.
